Drive Power Inc doesn't warranty products it does not manufacture, but will allows do our best to offer a replacement part or correspond with the manufacturer as best we can to service our customers.

Cancelled orders - The customer must still be responsible for any shipping charges incurred for items already shipped. Any product returned must be in new condition & unopened to receive credit.

For Canadian and US orders, we ship via Canada Post and Federal Express. All International and out of range provinces / states will be shipped via FedEx using their real time rate calculator. Often times Fed Ex is quite reasonable and is most often 2 days to the US. *
